RETURNS/COMPLAINTS

If the goods are damaged, defective upon arrival, or if the order is incorrect, the customer may contact Plick the Pick within 48 hours. Plick the Pick reserves the right, once the goods are returned, to verify the contested non-conformity, and in the case of confirmation, will proceed with shipping the replacement goods or a refund to the card used for the purchase.

Returns can be made within 7 days from the delivery date. To return your item to Plick the Pick, fill out the withdrawal form below and send it to the following email: info@plickthepick.it. After that, ship the goods back to Plick the Pick via courier to the following address:

Returned products must meet the following conditions for the order to be refunded: all items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact; products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted; returns are not accepted for personalized items, and the sale of these products is final. Refunds will be issued by Plick the Pick via bank transfer. Additional delivery costs are not refundable.
