Shipping Policy
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 2–7 business days
- Europe (EU): 2–10 business days depending on the destination zone
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Tracked shipments: For orders with tracked shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Untracked shipments: For standard postal shipments without tracking, real-time updates on the parcel's location are not available.
Damage or issues: If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@plickthepick.it with photos of the damage.
