Terms of Sale

ORDER
The contract concluded between Plick the Pick and the customer is considered finalized with the acceptance of the order. Such acceptance is deemed implicit unless otherwise communicated in any form to the Customer.

By placing an order through the available methods, the Customer declares that they have read the information provided during the purchasing process. The Customer also agrees to fully accept the general terms and conditions of payment stated below.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Plick the Pick via an email sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the order execution date and an order number to be used in any further communication with Plick the Pick. The message will also contain all the details entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their accuracy and communicate any corrections promptly by writing to Plick the Pick at info@PlickethePick.it

Plick the Pick accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities available in stock. Therefore, acceptance of the purchase proposal is subject to the product's availability.

Plick the Pick commits to promptly inform the Customer of any unexpected stock shortages due to high demand or other causes.

Plick the Pick undertakes to ship the goods based on stock availability on working days, starting the day after the actual payment is credited to Plick the Pick's account.

Prices
All prices on the online website include VAT.

For Italy, shipping costs are at the expense of the CUSTOMER. These are excluded from the purchase price but will be indicated and calculated during the checkout process before payment.

PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer can only purchase products available in the electronic catalog of the website www.PLICKTHEPICK.it at the time the order is placed, as described in the related product information sheets.

COLORS
The image accompanying the product description may not be fully representative of its characteristics and may differ in color. Slight tonal differences are normal and therefore not contestable.

DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:

• That the number of parcels delivered matches what is indicated in the accompanying invoice.
• That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and dry.
• That the packaging has not been tampered with, including sealing materials.

Delivery terms are indicative, but not binding for Plick the Pick.

JURISDICTION
For any dispute, the judicial authority of Asti will be the sole competent authority.
