The celluloid Wish is a pick designed for those guitarists for whom acoustic guitar plays a leading role in pop rock.

Slightly harder than picks normally intended for acoustic guitar, Wish is a pick for players who colour rhythms and chords in a melodic and solo-oriented way, for those who trace melodies and caress blues and pentatonic phrases. It is also a plectrum that, for example, helps electric guitarists make a more harmonious and natural transition when they need to pick up an acoustic guitar. It is no coincidence that the name Wish is a tribute to David Gilmour, a giant of the electric guitar, whose one of the most famous songs, “Wish You Were Here”, is nevertheless played on acoustic guitar.

Unlike the celluloid version, which is made of a delicate material, the nylon and nylon S versions are a little less bright but allow for more aggressive use and can also be used on electric guitar.

The pronounced curvilinear profile makes the plectrum glide more easily: the note attack remains warm and gentle, so there is always a more intimate feel to the picking.
